Bonita: Modern Coastal Remodel

This waterfront home in Panama CIty, FL had been through several prior renovations, but was sorely stuck in the 70's and in desperate need of repair. (go to my IG to see the before-and-after images... WOWZA!) My clients were consistently drawn to this expansive deepwater lot with historic oak trees, and we decided we could make it happen. We developed a game plan for a full gut remodel plus a primary suite addition and got to work. Custom white oak cabinetry in the kitchen, luxury appliances, and a pantry that dreams are made of! From the indoor and outdoor fireplaces wrapped in hand-applied Venetian plaster, to the thoughtfully incorporated arched doorways, and incredible millwork details and lighting, we are in love with this modern coastal remodel!
